The Laborex solvent parts washers are compact devices specifically designed for the quick cleaning and degreasing of mechanical parts of, for example, vehicles and machines.

Our solvent parts washers are very popular in garages, maintenance companies and service and overhaul companies.

Two versions

We have two standard types available in our range:

Type 800 NS-K standard model

Type 1240 NS-K standard model

Both models have the same operation. The appliance is selected depending on the size of the part to be cleaned.

The Laborex solvent parts washers have no heating. Cold cleaning is done with solvents.

Modular and mobile

Both solvent parts washers are modular. This means that both devices can easily be expanded with various options. From an open device to a completely closed device. In order to keep the environment splash-free when, for example, higher parts need to be cleaned.

The Laborex solvent parts washers can also be set up mobile by placing a trolley with castor wheels (option) under the barrel. This makes it easy to move the parts washer from one place to another.

How does a Laborex solvent parts washer work?

The parts are cleaned completely manually by means of a liquid cleaning brush and a foot pedal. The solvent cleaning product circulates through the liquid cleaning brush. The more forcefully the operator presses the foot pedal, the more liquid flows from the liquid cleaning brush and the more cleaning product is released to clean the part. The Laborex solvent parts washers work with a closed liquid circulation system.
