Es ist\u00a0<strong>unsere erste Lieferung an einen gro\u00dfen\u00a0chinesischen Kunden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In Tianjin wurde\u00a0eine\u00a0neue\u00a0Produktionslinie gestartet, die einen\u00a0H\u00e4rtungsprozess umfasst, um<strong>\u00a0Zahnr\u00e4der und Ringscheiben<\/strong>verschlei\u00dffest zu machen. Dies geschieht in einem\u00a0Nitrierungsprozess. Hierzu muss\u00a0die Oberfl\u00e4che der zu behandelnden Teile vollkommen sauber sein. Aus diesem Grund wurde\u00a0f\u00fcr diesen Reinigungsprozess eine Reinigungsanlage mit<strong>\u00a0einem Waschbad und zwei Sp\u00fclb\u00e4dern ausgew\u00e4hlt<\/strong>.\u00a0Alle<strong>\u00a0B\u00e4der wirken mit demineralisiertem Wasser und Kaskadeneffekt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Maschine wird\u00a0diesen\u00a0Monat montiert.
